1. Personal listening and gifting
A base purchase is intended for personal listening and sharing through the SongGift gift link during the twelve-month hosting period. It does not include an MP3 download, monetised use or a commercial licence unless the order expressly says otherwise.
2. Intended commercial upgrade
When available and purchased, the upgrade is intended to let the named buyer download the selected final song and use it in their own commercial videos, podcasts, websites and social posts, within the precise scope on the licence receipt. Paid advertising is included only if the receipt expressly says so.
3. What is not automatically included
We do not promise exclusive copyright, copyright registration, Content ID eligibility, stock-library resale, sublicensing, streaming-platform acceptance, film or broadcast clearance, voice or likeness rights, or every public-performance right. You remain responsible for any separate permissions needed for your project.
4. Your rights record
A production licence receipt should identify the buyer, selected track and checksum, source, issue date, permitted scope and accepted Terms version. A receipt records valid rights; it cannot create rights absent from the upstream supplier agreement.
5. Hosting is separate from a licence
Online hosting normally ends twelve months after initial delivery. Ending hosting does not automatically revoke properly granted long-term usage rights in a downloaded final song. A refund, corrected version or rights complaint may affect the specific licence as stated in the order record and applicable law.
6. If your use is not listed
Do not assume an unlisted use is covered. Ask through Help & contact before using a song in paid media, broadcast, a client project, a product, a library or another high-distribution setting.
