Help with your song

Open your order and select “Need a hand with this song?” to report an incorrect name, a missing detail, audio trouble or a cancellation request. The operations studio keeps a record of every request.

How long does it take?

The early-access preview lets you review the creation flow. Once checkout opens, an incomplete paid order is marked delayed after 15 minutes; after 30 minutes you can request an undelivered-order refund. An unfulfilled order is automatically refunded after 24 hours.

Something isn't quite right

You have one style adjustment within seven days of both versions becoming ready, before you lock your final song. Confirmed name and factual errors are handled separately, including after locking. Technical defects do not use your style adjustment.

Downloads and sharing

Your base order includes complete online listening and a gift link for twelve months. The US$8.80 upgrade adds a chosen MP3 download and, when supported by a verified live agreement, the commercial uses listed in your licence. The commercial-use upgrade remains unavailable until upstream rights are verified.
